My mother-in-law found these in the freezer section at our local grocery store, and we enjoyed them very much! The cookies are certified Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Peanut Free, Casein Free, Trans Fat Free . . . but they are certainly not “taste free”.
You just place the frozen cookies on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. I cook them on the lower end. They are delicious, and although they were slightly crispy they didn’t crumble. So if you need something quick and easy we recommend these cookies. But we still like our homemade recipe the best.
