Gluten Free Pie Crust

2 cups Gluten Free Flour

1 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup shortening

5 tablespoons iced water

Put all the ingredients except the water into a food processor. Blend it together and then slowly add the cold water. blend until the dough just sticks together. Pat the dough into a ball and divide it in two. Sprinkle your surface with water (for grip) and lay down a large sheet of parchment paper. Place the dough in the middle and cover it with another large sheet. Roll it out to the size you need and discard paper.
