Gluten Free Flour Blend

4 1/2 cups plus 1/3 cup white rice flour

1 2/3 cups brown rice flour

1 1/3 cups potato starch (not potato flour)

3/4 cup tapioca starch

3 tablespoons nonfat milk powder (optional. Baked goods brown better with this ingredient, if you can have dairy)

wisk together and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
