Preheat oven to 350
4-5 large chicken breasts
4-5 slices of sharp cheddar cheese (daiya cheese for dairy free)
3 cups of homemade cream of chicken soup
gluten free bread crumbs or cornflakes (sprinkle it to taste)
- Place the chicken so it covers the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
- Cover each piece with a slice of cheese.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the gf bread crumbs or cornflakes over top.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (or until the chicken registers at 165 degrees)
