I didn’t have any noodles on hand when I made this today, so I just doubled the amount of broccoli instead. It’s so delicious and easy to make up ahead of time.
1 lb. gluten free Tinkyada brown rice noodles cooked
1 jar real bacon bits
1/2 large red onion, diced
2 cups shredded or cubed cheddar cheese
1 large head of broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
2 cup lite real mayo. (not miracle whip)
1 cup non-fat sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup vinegar
Toss everything together and serve or keep refrigerated. Yum!!
