I made this with the poached salmon and everyone thought it was really good!
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
2 medium shallots, minced. I used red onion because that’s what I had
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
water to thin it out
Mix everything together and refrigerate for 30 minutes so the flavors can blend. Use a low fat mayonnaise and sour cream if desired.
