4 ounces unsweetened chocolate baking bars
8 ounces of salted butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
3/4 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Melt the chocolate and the butter in a double broiler. Wisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour and then blend in the chocolate. Grease an 8×8 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
I needed a dessert for 2 gluten free people. Hated to make 2 different desserts, so made this for all and it was devoured. It’s a keeper! Thanks so much.
