gluten free salmon marinade

1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons canola oil

Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs salmon
Put all the ingredients in a shallow dish and marinade for 15 minutes to an hour.
Broil, grill or pan fry for 4 minutes on each side.
I saved 1/4 cup of the marinade to add to my water when I made the quinoa, but you could cook the marinade down and drizzle it on top of your fish too.
