16oz mild Italian sausage
16oz gluten free penne pasta
15oz can stewed tomatoes (I used plain)
1 pint half and half
1 C Parmesan cheese
1-2 C shredded cheese (depending on how cheesy you like it (I used 2 cups). I used a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella.
salt and pepper to taste


1. Brown sausage, drain and set aside.
2. Cook pasta according to pkg. instructions, drain and return to pan.
3. Toss sausage, cooked pasta, and remaining ingredients together.  Cook until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve right out of the pot or place in a casserole dish and bake 15-20 min. at 350 f.
