gluten free cream of chicken soup


Preheat oven to 350
4-5 large chicken breasts
4-5 slices of sharp cheddar cheese (daiya cheese for dairy free)
3 cups of homemade cream of chicken soup
gluten free bread crumbs or cornflakes (sprinkle it to taste)


  1. Place the chicken so it covers the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
  2. Cover each piece with a slice of cheese.
  3. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the gf bread crumbs or cornflakes over top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (or until the chicken registers at 165 degrees)
