
1 lb. gluten free brown rice noodles cooked
1 jar real bacon bits
1/2 large red onion, diced
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 large head of broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
Dressing:
2 cup lite real mayo. (not miracle whip)
1 cup non-fat sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup vinegar
Mix the dressing together and pour over the broccoli salad. Yum!!
