Scrub your potatoes well and then cut them into wedges. Tip: cut one end off and set the potato so it lies flat, then use an apple cutter to make the wedges. Slice the core of the potato in half if it’s too thick compared to your other wedges.

Combine 1 T of olive oil per potato in a bowl with a dash of salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder– whatever sounds good. Toss it all together and lay flat on a baking sheet.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Turn the potatoes at least once.
